Do you have Costs Budgeting experience? Do you have the organisational skills to work to tight deadlines and the ability to complete large workloads?

If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working at the client's head office or the option to work from the client's Knowsley's office, you will be expected to both prepare and negotiate Costs Budgets on a daily basis.

Day to day duties include:


Reporting to the Head of Costs Management within the Drafting Department and assist in delivering a first class service to our customers both within and outside of the business.

Preparing mutli track injury cases with high values in relation to other areas of civil litigation with limited supervision.

Dealing with negotiations.

Undertaking advocacy at CCMC's.

Advising clients on all aspects of costs management and providing input on retainers/rates in live cases as and when required.


In order to apply for this role, you MUST have the following skills and experience:

Proven experience of drafting Costs Budgets and familiarity with multi-track litigation.

Experience of Negotiations / Costs Management Advocacy would be preferable but candidates without this experience would be considered.
