Do you have previous Costs Draftsman experience? Do you have 2 or more years experience in Fast Track PI cases?

If so, this could be the perfect role for you. With the option to work out of the client's head office in the Liverpool office or the Knowsley office, you will be expected to oversee complex Clinical Negligence and Commercial Litigation cases.

A competitive basic salary that ranges between £35,000-£37,000 per annum (dependant on experience).

Day to day duties in this role include:


Drafting and negotiating of cost budgets on all relevant cases.

Overseeing any negotiating and and advocacy as and when necessary for any business needs.

Drafting both informal and formal bill of costs that could include: CWI, Clinical Negligence, Commercial Litigation, Catastrophic Injury, Industrial Disease, Noise Induced Hearing Loss, Serious RTA, Financial Claims and Holiday Claims.
