Brook Street are pleased to offer an exciting, business critical role with Her Majesty's Passport Office who are looking for a Counter Officer to join their team.

Counter Service Officers within Customer Service Offices and Centres will contribute to safeguarding identity through managing customers arriving to counter services and carrying out related activities to deliver world class customer service.

Key Responsibilities
* Greet all customers and visitors at reception and provide appropriate assistance
* Effectively organise the daily appointments, welcoming customers, setting expectations, explaining the process, putting customers at ease and handling queries including complaints
* Check customers in for appointment at the appropriate time, complete required checks and establish if applicant is fit for interview
* Plan and prepare for all allotted interviews, ensuring that any required special arrangements are facilitated

The role is full time, Monday - Friday, 37 hours per week.
