Job Description

Our client based just outside of Birmingham, delivers training worldwide leading to the award of ICA`s professional qualifications in governance, risk and compliance, anti money laundering and financial crime prevention.

The Research and Development (R&D) team is central to plans of expansion. To support this growth strategy, they need to create the right content for the right people at the right time and via the right channels.

We are looking for someone from a regulated compliance background who wants to get involved in the research, design and makeup of something that has a genuine impact.
You will be creating engaging and meaningful content covering regulatory and financial crime compliance! Essentially, you`ll be further enhancing the ICA content proposition, expertise and the learning solutions - which are already supporting the global compliance community.

You will be working on new and existing ICA qualifications, bespoke business-to-business learning solutions, social marketing content and much much more. Content will include blogs, infographics, Prezi, podcasts, CPD articles, magazine pieces, eLearning, powerpoint slides, facilitator guides, case studies, exercises, study manuals, learner workbooks and assessments.

You will have good knowledge of compliance including ethics, culture, regulatory frameworks, anti-money laundering, Customer Due Diligence/Know Your Customer, sanctions, bribery and corruption or fraud -You may not know everything but ideally you will know something about most of them (or specialise in one).
You must have worked in a compliance environment with some experience of writing learning materials or content in these areas. It could be from your own interest, processes or procedures or training material - the more creative the better.

You should have excellent customer focused skills and have an understanding of customers and the risks they face.
