We have a great opportunity for an Admin Officer working at one of the Courts in Ipswich. You will be working 37 hours per week between Monday - Friday.
This is a temporary position which is expecting to run until September but this could be extended.
You will be required to carry out various admin duties such as data entry, processing reports, collating and analysing information, answer calls and queries, filling and sending emails.
The successful candidate will work well in a team, have good communication skills and have some previous experience working in an office environment. As you will be working within a government booking you will be required to go through a compliance process. This will involve undergoing a criminal check and visiting the Chelmsford Office to complete the vetting paperwork.
You will be working 37 hours per week Monday - Friday with a pay rate of £7.98 per hour. This will increase after 12 weeks to £9.45p/h which is paid weekly.
