Job title: Court Clerk
Hours: Standard officer hours
Location: Worcester town centre
Hourly rate: £8.36 per hour, 12 month's temporary contract

My client is a well-known government organisation based in Worcester town centre looking to recruit a Court clerk.

Admin Officer responsibilities:
" Assisting court users
" Supporting listing and rota arrangements
" Communicate and work with the Judiciary, give advice on the completion of forms or court procedures etc and provide excellent customer service
" Preparing papers and files for court hearings and meetings
" Preparing court documents and routine correspondence
" General photocopying and filing
" Creating and updating records on in-house computer systems
" Data inputting
" Resulting courts accurately, interpreting accurately the information required on a court file
" To work to workload targets in terms of throughput and accuracy
" Acting as an administrative liaison with internal and/or external sources
" Handling counter (face to face), written and telephone enquiries
" Telephoning customers and setting up payment plans
Hearings will be heard in Hereford, Worcester and Kidderminster

Admin Officer desired Skills and Experience:
" To work to workload targets in terms of throughput and accuracy
" Good communication skills, both oral and written
" Good typing skills
" Good knowledge of and experience in using Microsoft Office
" Suitable clerical experience
