Court Steward
30 hours per week (Monday - Friday 09:00 - 16:00)
Temporary position until end of June 2021 with possible extension
£8.91p/h
Barrow Law Courts

The role of a Court Steward will be to provide support and guidance to help visitors navigate and move around the court houses/hearing centre's safely and in a time efficient way.

Key Accountabilities:

" Supporting visitors in and out of the courthouse/hearing centres
" Guiding visitors through a new one-way system safely and efficiently
" Encouraging visitors to adhere to social distancing guidance as necessary
" Reassuring visitors and answering any queries, or signposting them to the necessary area or member of court staff as required

The successful candidate will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check & the role will start as soon as all checks are complete.
