Court of Protection Solicitor

PQE level: Minimum 3 years PQE

We are seeking to appoint an experienced Solicitor to join our Court of Protection Team. The successful candidate will have prior experience in this area, including running their own caseload.

The role will involve managing a caseload with support from paralegals within the Team.
The successful candidate will preferably have prior experience of or the willingness to supervise more junior members of the team and be involved in the development and marketing of the team.

The successful candidate must agree to undertake an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check prior to the employment commencing, in accordance with the Office of the Public Guardian Deputy Standards for Professional Deputies. Good prospects of career progression for the right candidate.
