Job Description

Our client is a Public Sector organisation based in the centre of Aberystwyth who are public facing. The role is based within the Justice system and therefore we're looking for candidates who have a professional manner and want to work within a busy, fast-paced environment.

The working days for this role at Monday to Friday (4 days - 30 hours per week)

Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Acting as point of contact for visitors
- Setting up rooms for use, including refreshments and paperwork
- Updating records & files
- General administration

Skills Required
- General administration
- Interpersonal and excellent communication skills
- Dealing with enquiries from members of the public

Minimum Expectations
- Administration experience, preferably within the Public Sector
The pay rate for this role is £7.98 per hour with enhanced holiday allowances in line with the Public Sector after 12 weeks.
