Job Description

Our public sector client are looking for a temporary worker to join their team as a court usher. This is initially a temporary role until 30/09/22 with the chance of an extension. This is a full time role, 37 hours a week, Monday - Friday. Working hours will be 8.45am - 4.45pm. The pay rate for this role is £9.94.

As a court usher you will be providing customer service to all court users. Your day to day duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting court users
- Giving directions
- Communicating with judges and Magistrates
- basic admin like photocopying and filing

The idea candidate will have customer service experience and able to communicate with a wide range of people. You may have to communicate with people who are distressed or displaying inappropriate behaviour.
