Job Description

Our public sector client are looking for a temporary worker to join their team as a court usher.

The post holder will give general admin support to various teams in the courts. While some of the tasks may be straight forward and regulated by well established guidelines, the usher needs to be prepared to react quickly and professionally.

A court usher will be able to deal with different people from all walks of life, some of these people may be vulnerable and under stress.

Great customer service skills are required for this role as you will in most cases be the first point of contact for court users.
