Job Description

Our Public sector client based in Cheltenham is looking for someone to join their team as a Court Usher. This is a temporary ongoing role assignment, working Monday to Friday between 8.00am to 5.30pm, 37.00 hours a week with a pay rate of £8.91 per hour (please note the rate for 23 and under will be NMW and go up to £8.91 in the 13th working week)

The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate great customer service skills as you will be the first point of contact for the public. You must also be able to deal with a diverse range of people and be on your feet for most of the day.

Duties and responsibilities include:
- Greeting the public,
- Giving directions around the court
- Filing paperwork for hearings
- Assisting the set up of hearing rooms
- Assisting Admin officers with general admin duties
