Job Description

Our public sector client are looking for a temporary worker to join their team as a court usher. This is initially a temporary role until March 2022, with the chance of being extended. This is a full time role, Monday to Friday.

You will be assisting with the smooth running in the courts and tribunals. Your day to day duties will include:
- Dealing with court users,
- Directing and meeting and greeting
- Liaising with parties and court clerks,
- Dealing with witnesses

This will be a customer service role. You will be required to communicate with a wide range of people and given the environment they may be quite distressed.

The pay rate for this role is £9.94. The successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced DBS check due to the nature of the role.
