Leicestershire Police are recruiting for a COVID Resource Planning Clerk based at police headquarters in Enderby.
This role is a temporary assignment up until April 2021 but may be extended beyond then.
The role will be to support the COVID Delivery Cell and Resource Planning to ensure that duties and records remain up to date with COVID abstractions. This will involve working on Outlook, Internal Duty Management Systems, Skype and Microsoft Office.
The duties will include:
Managing emails for COVID volunteers and updating duties on internal Duty
Liaising with relevant stakeholders.
Updating records following agreement with stakeholders.
Working with Microsoft packages- Excel, Outlook and Word.
Using the in-house Duty Management system- Training will be provided.
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience of working in an office-based environment
The ability to work effectively within a team and build working relationships.
Excellent communication skills to deliver excellent customer service, both written and verbal.
Ability to assist with a variety of queries and make informed decisions.
This is a 37-working week between the core office hours, the hourly rate of pay is £9.23per hour.
