Job Summary
We are looking for a Creative Marketing Executive to join our busy marketing team. Reporting directly to the Creative Marketing Manager, you will support various departments with day-to-day activities such as event artwork approvals, copy-writing, e-marketing and social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
" Event Artwork Approvals:
Coordinating artwork approvals for licensed character events. Liaising with clients and licensors, approving or requesting amendments to advertising materials.
Ensuring that all brand guidelines are followed efficiently and effectively.

" Digital Marketing and Communications:
Social media: control, execution and management of Rainbow's social media presence and marketing strategy; focusing on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. This will involve posting, sharing, engaging, liking with the aim to increase our social media reach.
E-marketing: Creating and distributing online communications using e-marketing tools (Mailchimp)

" Press Releases:
Generate copy and supporting images to coincide with key corporate activities.

" Photography and Videography:
Attend events to capture photos & videos.
Follow up with clients on a weekly basis and store and manage character photos & videos. This will include uploading videos onto Rainbow Mascot's YouTube Channel.
Create short promotional videos to showcase our services.

" Exhibitions:
Assist the CMM in preparing for Exhibitions. These are currently NFAN, DEAL, Interfun Expo, IAAPA Asia, IAAPA Europe and Family Attractions Expo.
Other key exhibitions are Brand Licensing Exhibition (BLE) and London Toy Fair.

" Event sheets:
Capture and store information including client feedback

" Retail Support Programme / Licensor Notifications:
Oversee and manage the notification of events for those who have signed up to the Retail Support Programme and notify licensors of events booked on a weekly basis.

" Sales support:
Coordination of sales presentations, lead sourcing through trade journals and day-to-day ad hoc duties.

" Company Profile/PR:
In conjunction with the Marketing team look to increase the company's profile in key industries.

" Corporate branding:
Develop and maintain the Rainbow brand both internally and externally.

About You
You will have a creative eye, with excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Good understanding of social media insights and proficient copyrighting skills desired.
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Mailchimp and Wordpress preferred, but not essential.
Full driving licence essential.
