Job Description

Brook Street Recruitment is working on behalf of our client in Lisburn to recruit a Credit Control Administrator for a 6 month contract.

Main Function

Working as a part of the Credit Control team in a busy fast paced manufacturing environment, providing administrative support to the finance function.


Role responsibilities:

* Preparation of Daily Lodgement to bank
* Posting and allocation of all customer daily payments; cheques, BACS and credit cards, in line with daily time lines
* Reconciling unallocated payments
* Updating and maintaining customer records
* Logging of customer queries onto in-house query management system
* Convert customer paid quotes to order in line with daily cut offs, maintain and reconcile daily spread sheet
* Take customer card payments over telephone through sage pay
* Send copy invoices and statements to customers as requested
* Assist in new account application by obtaining satisfactory credit references. Gather all data for new accounts for manager approval
* Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time

Salary will depend on background £19,000 to £20,000
Credit control experience is preferred.
