Due to internal promotion the credit control manager is now recruiting a new addition to their team.

Proactively chasing debt for residential / domestic and commercial customers within the energy and housing sectors, providing high levels of service to customers.
Responsible for accurate use of all systems ensuring effective communication with debtors, while adhering to process & procedures, providing suggestions to improve on best practice within the department is always open for discussion.
The role is part of a small team and requires direct accountability and responsibility for ledgers.
The credit control function will increase significantly whilst the business grows.
A proactive self starter with ability to pick up the telephone and have discussions about money !!

B2C & B2B experience
Minimum of 1 years credit control experience
Salary is up to £27k
Holidays 25 days plus bank holidays
Hybrid working 3 in office, this is at the line managers discretion
