Brook Street are very proud to be representing our client in the Blackburn area for Credit Controller to join their team. Our client's business has expanded tremendously and now are one of the leading industrial and commercial lettings and sales companies in the Northwest area.
To apply for this role, you must have previous experience working within Credit Control, using Sage and have Corporate Accounts experience.

Location: Blackburn

Salary: £24,000-£30,000- depending on previous experience

Hours: Monday-Friday 8.45am - 5.30pm

The role:
" Liaising with tenants to check arrears owed
" Build a good working relationship with clients, the team, and key stakeholders
" Liaising with the finance department to ensure payments are posted in a timely manner and correctly
" Making any necessary adjustments or corrections
" Reconciling accounts when required
" Represent the company and values of the business and portray a professional and business-like image to all customers, potential customers, and other people you meet in the course of your work.

A suitable candidate will need:
" Previous experience working within Corporate Accounts
" Sage knowledge
" Proven credit control or arrears collection experience
" The ability to create effective working relationships
" Strong customer service skills
" Excellent verbal and written communication skills
