The main duties of this role will include:

Responding to a high volume of enquiries via phone/email
Producing documents
Liaising with different teams within the business
Opening new accounts
Monitors inboxes
Raising credit notes

To apply for this role the following experience is required:

Knowledge and experience of Microsoft office and accounts software
Outstanding attention to detail with an ability to reconcile complex accounts
Experience working within an accounts receivable and/or credit control environment
