We're working with an industry leading Bradford based company, looking for a Credit Control candidate to join their team on a permanent basis.

The role of Credit Controller is to ensure that funds are recovered, whilst providing a high level of customer service to colleagues and customers. A day in the life of the role will include:

Making calls to customers to recover debt, answering invoicing queries and ensuring accurate information is recorded
Working towards SLAs, with the goal to minimise debtor days/overdue debt
Providing support to other finance colleagues in relation to credit control, billing, cash flow and allocation

We're looking for a confident candidate with an excellent telephone manner and strong negotiation skills.
You'll need to have a resilient nature and be happy to make outbound calls, along with a head for numbers and a keen eye for detail.
No previous credit control experience is required, however candidates must come from a customer service background, with experience with outbound and inbound calls.

In return our client offers a salary of £18,000
