Are you an experienced Credit Controller with exceptional customer service skills? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity with our Bradford-based client to join their International Shared Services function. Working with local finance teams and customers based throughout Continental Europe and UK & Ireland, you`ll collect monies due on their accounts receivable ledger, bringing all types of customer queries to a swift resolution, ensuring accounts are up to date and credit limits are not unduly affected.
You`ll need knowledge of all aspects of Credit Control including cashbook and banking, but it`s your exceptional customer service, communication and excel skills that will give you the edge in this role.
The ideal candidate will love a challenge, have excellent attention to detail and easily prioritise to maximize every opportunity
" You`ve experience of credit control and have knowledge of the full AP & AR end to end processes
" You`re a whizz with digital software, specifically Excel, would be a significant advantage
" You`ve experience of working in a customer facing role within Financial Service, Finance, Credit Control or similar industry
" Whilst not essential, any native level French and/or Dutch language skills, would be a significant advantage
" You`ve experience of resolving queries quickly, taking ownership to deliver the highest customer service experience
" You hold an accreditation with Credit Management (AICM), this would be an advantage
