You will be working with a team of like minded people who possess great attention to detail, time management and excellent verbal communication.
Your role will include:
To effect the timely collection of cash receipts due from debtors.
To ensure the sales ledger is maintained in line with company requirements.
To ensure that Credit Management procedures are maintained to a standard of excellence.
Deal with customer disputes.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work with your own initiative.
Be able to communicate effectively with customers, depots and Managers.
Have an excellent telephone manner.
Be able to organise your time dealing with the various tasks to be completed within given deadlines.
The ability to achieve targets.
Have high call volumes and attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will have outstanding customer service skills and preferably but not essential, experience within the claims industry.
Hours of work - 37.5 hours Mon-Fri between 08:00 - 17:30
Salary - £22808
Bonus - 10% monthly paid incentive bonus.
Holidays - 22 days per annum rising to 23 after 5 years service and 25 after 10 years service.
Pension - You will be entitled to join the company pension scheme after the three month qualifying period. The pension is contributory and contracted out.
