Job title: Credit Controller
Hours: 37.5 Monday- Friday
Location: Stourbridge

My client is highly recognised and successful property surveyor who is committed to offering professional advice and guidance on commercial properties. They are currently recruiting for a Credit Controller to join their busy office located in Stourbridge. The business has a fantastic reputation for the development of their staff and creating a progressive and dynamic work environment.


Credit Controller responsibilities:

" Deal with customer accounts professionally and effectively providing exceptional service at all times
" Check customer's credit and approve or deny applications based on company policy
" Negotiate payment plans with customers
" Manage overdue invoices
" Improve and implement debt collection processes and procedures



Credit Controller desired Skills and Experience:

" Preferably have previous experience in credit control with a good understanding of the basic concepts of credit management and a track record of meeting tight deadlines and targets
" Ability to work within a fast paced environment
" Be confident managing customers through the entire credit control process
" Have customer facing experience
" Strong Excel and IT skills

The Credit Controller vacancy offers a competitive basic salary up to £24K pending experience, plus additional company benefits.
