Role: Credit Controller
Location: Nottingham (NG7)
Salary: Competitive Salary dependent on skills and experience
Hours: Monday - Friday 7am-4pm. (42.5 hours)

The role:
In this role you will be chasing debtors and resolving invoice queries as well as monitoring customers payment arrangements. You must initiate court proceedings, CCJs, transferring to Bailiffs, attend court if required and prepare all the relevant paperwork.

You will support the finance, credit, sales and customer service teams through administration work and answer any customer queries via email or telephone to ensure these are resolved within the agreed timescale or escalated.

To be successful you will run daily bank reports and complete annual credit checks, as well as weekly and monthly statements which will be reported back to your line manager.

The Successful candidate will need:
" A minimum of 3 years credit control experience and legal experience in chasing debt
" The ability to work under pressure whilst working towards multiple deadlines with an attention to detail
" Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport over the phone to stakeholders
" IT and numeracy literate
