Job Description

A fabulous opportunity has arisen to work for a long-established law firm in Southport. You will be working in the Credit Hire department as a Fee Earner managing your own files.

Duties include:
- Handling own caseload of litigated credit hire files
- Dealing with RTA caseloads with a significant credit hire presense
- Review new files
- Negotiating settlements of claims

The right candidate must have:
- Previous exposure in managing claims
- At least 12 months exposure in a similar role
- Strong understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules
- Litigation experience essential

In return the client is offering:
- Salary £20,000 - £25,000
- Bonus Structure
