Are you a Credit Hire Recoveries Solicitor with over three years experience in PQE? Do you want to work for a leading specialist personal injury firm?

If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working at the client's main North West office in the Warrington area, you will be joining their existing hire recoveries team, dealing exclusively with the recovery of credit repair and credit hire on behalf of their insurer clients.

A competitive salary between £28,000 to £35,000 per annum.

37.5 working hours with 8 - 5.30 being our core hours. The hours will fit into these, 8 - 5.30 for example wouldn`t be the full day.

22 days per year annual leave

Your day to day duties in this role include:

Investigating the causes of non-payment delays and to provide an effective resolution.

Negotiating with insurers for outlays that would include credit repair and hire, vehicle storage and all other potential losses.

Taking a continuous focus on the reduction of their aged debt.

To successfully apply for this role, you must have the following experience:

Solid working knowledge of CPR, case law, legislation and the law relating to it's credit hire.

A proven track record as a Credit Hire Solicitor, working within a fast-paced, target driven environment and underpinned with extensive commercial and financial acumen.

You MUST have at least 3 years experience of PQE as a Credit Hire Solicitor to apply for this role and to also have previous litigation experience as they are expecting a candidate to be able to hit the ground running.
