Our client a well-established law firm located in Greater Manchester are seeking a Duty Solicitor, This great opportunity has arisen due to a significant increase in workload, and you will be a joining a business that truly value personal development.

Responsibilities include, trial preparation, legal aid applications and undertaking criminal advocacy in Magistrates Courts relating to duty solicitor work and own client work, both private and legally aided. You will fulfil all duties in accordance with the Law Society's Practice Management Standards, the Legal Aid Agencies Regulations with regards to the SQM. The appointed candidate will be based locally so that they are able to travel to Court and Police Stations were required.
