They run Strategic Relationship Programmes to build long-term authentic relationships with key client individuals, including current, past and future decision makers. People are offered membership to these programmes by nomination
You will be working in a team of 15 on one of these specific programmes.
Your role will be to receive membership nomination requests and by using various research tools, checking the information to ensure they reach the membership criteria.
You will be the 1st point of contact for nomination requests and checking the proposed member meets the relevant criteria.
You will also be able to use your own judgement to form a view on nominees who are outside of the normal criteria should be re-considered.
By using CRM and RS database records you will ensure all membership lists and data are uprooted
Reporting data to senior management in regards to analysing membership data and usage
Support the annual membership review and manage the alumni membership process
Generally support the whole membership programme from start to finish
You will have good experience of CRM
Be confident in working with multiple data sources
Have a real can-do attitude
Strong communication skills
