We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our client based in Ballymena

The purpose of this job is to deliver excellence in customer service via the telephone and/or at the counter acting as a Customer Advocate across a comprehensive range of services.
To be shortlisted for this role, the successful applicant must be able to demonstrate the following:
Experience of direct delivery of customer service to the public, via the
telephone or face to face.
Experience within a customer delivery environment
Experience in using a range of computer packages including Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
Be willing to apply for a basic Access NI
Have five GCSE's/O Levels, or equivalent qualification, plus at least two years' relevant general administrative experience
We have been advised that the role is temporary and 37 hours per week, Monday to Sunday
In return, you will be paid an hourly rate of £9.01 per hour.
