Our client has advised that they have a vacancy for a Customer Advisor within their department
The role is full time, temporary, Monday to Friday from 0900 to 1700
This role will be telephone based and dealing with members of the public.
Answering telephone calls and accurately recording all Customer contact
Following up requests on work already reported,
Conducting customer surveys
Recording of survey results giving details of customer feedback
Applicants must have proven experience in a Telephone/clerical based role. Applicants must have 5 GCSE's and be willing to apply for a basic Access NI if successful
In return, you will be paid an attractive hourly rate of £9.01 p/h, paid on a weekly basis
