Brook Street UK LTD are recruiting for an Inbound Customer Advisor for our Housing client based in Ballymena

The hours of work are from 0800-1700 hours and the work days are from Monday to Sunday (37) hour week

In your new role as a customer Advisor you will be responsible for dealing with telephone enquiries from customers regarding Housing enquiries

You are a good fit for this role, if you have a passion for customer service, have at least one years experience in a similar role and are IT literate

5 GCSE`s at Grades A to C are required, along with a basic Access NI which Brook Street will help you with

In return, you will be paid an hourly rate of £11.98 per hour, paid on a weekly basis
Benefit form 34 annual leave days
All Bank and Public days off
