Job Description

Brook Street UK Ltd are seeking CV's on behalf of our Public Sector client based in Ballymena

Our client has advised us that the role is temporary ongoing and full time hours, ranging from Monday to Sunday

To deliver excellence in customer service via the telephone and/or at the counter
acting as a Customer Advocate across a comprehensive range of housing services
Main duties of this role are:
This will include the delivery of a range of services including:
Answering telephone calls and accurately recording all Customer contact
Registering new housing applications
Recording repairs
Advising customers of anticipated period to have work carried out
Following up requests on work already reported,
Conducting customer surveys
Recording of survey results giving details of customer feedback
Arranging appointments,

For shortlisting purposes, our client has advised that the applicant must display on their CV the following
Experience of direct delivery of customer service to the public, via the
telephone or face to face.
Experience within a customer delivery environment
Experience in using a range of computer packages including Word, Excel,
Outlook etc

Have five GCSE "O" Levels, or equivalent qualification, plus at least two
years' relevant general administrative experience

In return, you will be paid an hourly rate of £9.55 per hour, paid on a weekly basis
