Brook Street UK Ltd are delighted be sourcing CV's for a CSU Advisor for our client based in Ballymena

Our client has advised us that the role is temporary ongoing and full time hours. The hours of work are from 0830 to 1700 Monday to Sunday

Main duties of this role are:
This will include the delivery of a range of services including:
Answering telephone calls and accurately recording all Customer contact
Registering new housing applications
Recording repairs
Advising customers of anticipated period to have work carried out
Following up requests on work already reported,
Conducting customer surveys
Recording of survey results giving details of customer feedback
Arranging appointments,
Monitoring results,
Arranging Gas Safety checks by appointment
Liaising with internal and external departments
Accurate recording of all customer details.

Our client has confirmed that the successful applicant must have at least 6 months experience of dealing with customers via telephone and face to face in an office environment, you will be required to use Microsoft packages including Word and Excel

Candidates must hold a BTec National or equivalent or 5 GCSE Level's or equivalent qualifications , plus at least 2 years Administrative experience

In return, you will be paid an hourly rate of £9.55 paid to you on a weekly basis
