Job Description

Brook Street UK Ltd is delighted be recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for our client based in Ballymena

The role is temporary to the 2nd December. It is a full time post of 37 hours and the days will vary from Monday to Sunday . The hours will be 0900 to 1700

The role is suited to applicants who have previous experience in Customer Service via a telephone or face to face and experience in using a range of computer packages including Word, Excel, Outlook within the last 6 months

The successful applicant must have Hold a BTEC National or equivalent Professional or Technical qualification plus at least one year's relevant general administrative experience or, Have five GCSE "O"Levels, or equivalent qualification, plus at least two years' relevant general administrative experience

In return, you will receive an hourly rate of £9.01 p/h , paid on a weekly basis
