Customer Account Coordinator

Job Description

We're working with a Leeds based Client, looking for Customer Account Coordinator to join their team on a 12 month fixed term contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer focused candidate to gain experience with an industry leading organisation, with opportunities to go permanent as well as development and learning opportunities.

As a Customer Account Coordinator your duties will include:
Acting as first point of contact for your portfolio of customers
Answering queries from customers regarding their account
Following the full life cycle of the customer journey from initial query through to resolution
Maintaining and proactively driving your portfolio, ensuring claims and resolved within specified SLAs
Other aspects of the role will include producing reports, writing letters and liaising with third parties

We're looking for a customer focused candidate, with a keen eye for detail.
Ideally you'll be looking to start a career and be committed to developing alongside the company, they provide excellent opportunities for learning and development, including qualifications and training.
You'll also need to be extremely organised with the ability to maintain and prioritise your own workload
Experience within a customer focused role is essential for this position.
Ideally you will also have experience with a CRM or Claims Management computer system.
