Job Description

Brook Street are recruiting on behalf of their client, a fast moving and expanding Printing Company based in Northampton.

As part of their growth plans they now have a new role available for an experienced internal Customer Account Coordinator who needs to be very hands on, organised and has a great eye for detail and who can roll their sleeves up, multi task and provide support in a small but very busy office. There will also be a requirement for you to manage the office one day a week.

THE ROLE

The role is varied and the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the day to day operations which will include: -

  • Answering the telephone and dealing with any customer queries
  • Looking after specific customer orders
  • Monitoring and ensuring orders placed are delivered to required deadlines
  • Placing orders on our Sage system
  • Working closely with Suppliers
  • Assisting with invoicing and accounts functions
  • Managing and maintaining filing systems
  • Assisting the Leeds site with operational orders, as required

  • Have excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Have excellent telephone skills with a professional and pleasant manner
  • Excellent IT skills of all MS office programs
  • High standard of organisational skills
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Be a good multi tasker

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Previous job experience of 5 years
  • Excellent IT skills of all MS office programs
  • Excellent English Skills
  • Customer service and client relationship management experience
