Job Description

Job Title: Customer Account Handler
Location: Leyland, Lancashire
Salary: 19k pa
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30-17:00, 40 hours a week, Permanent

Brook Street is looking for an experienced Customer Account Handler to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The role is based around offering support, advice and excellent customer service for our Simply Plastic Cards.com customers. This will involve managing multiple email inboxes, answering telephone queries, liaising with various internal departments such as our production team, artwork team, etc.

You will also be involved in managing the daily running of orders for some of our most prestigious clients. This will involve raising job bags, updating progress spreadsheets, communicating with the customer by telephone/email, building a rapport with them, interdepartmental communication, particular with the production team.


Responsibilities

-Serve as the lead point of contact

-Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

-Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders

-Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

-Clearly communicate the progress of orders to the customer

-Prepare daily reports

-Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Requirements

-Excellent communication Skill

-Must be very organised

-Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)

-Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail

-Excellent listening abilities

-Strong verbal and written communication skills
