Working at the company`s Liverpool office based just outside the city centre with local public transport links and free on site car parking, you will be working with one of the Liverpool`s leading steel and metal fabricators.
Day to day duties for this role will include:
Dealing with customers in all forms of contact - Over the phone, via e-mail or face to face contact.
Dealing with both inbound and outbound calls to ensure customers are dealt with efficiently.
Dealing with crucial sales orders and purchases which would include calculations and estimating duties and a good knowledge of mathematics.
Speaking to new and existing customers about new and existing products to ensure all orders are dealt with correctly.
Negotiating to ensure key customers are dealt with correctly and new business is targeted and repeated via any new business opportunities.
It is preferred for candidates to have the following:
Experience in working in a fast paced office environment.
Good maths and calculations skills would be to an advantage but wouldn`t be essential.
Industry experience is desirable.
Working hours for this position would be Mon-Fri with Mon-Thurs being 0800-1700 and Fri 0800-1630.
Salary is in range of £22,000-£25,000 depending on experience with bonus incentives introduced after a six month probation qualifying period.
