My client is an award winning company and leaders within their field. They pride themselves on the reputation they have gained in providing class products and excellent customer service. Their vibrant team is growing and they are seeking an additional Customer experience account Manager.

They are offering an exciting opportunity for a confident ,bright and ambitious individual to join a team of professional customer account managers..Your key objective will be to maximise customer retention through office based support.

Key responsibilities:
-Responsible for a base of customers ,retaining their business and improving loyalty
-Never losing a customer without a fight
-Handle inbound and outbound calls
-Responsible for fault diagnosis,follow up and resolution
-periodic rate reviews
-Understanding and prey-empting the threat from competitors
-Developing good product knowledge in order to advise customers
-Handling general billing enquiries


What the employer is looking for:
-Excellent communication skills
-At least 1 years experience of working in a customer focused team
-Computer literacy with knowledge of Word and Excel
-An interest in technology and trends

Holiday Allowance 1st Year , 21 days increasing by 1 day each year to a maximum of 25 days
