They are offering an exciting opportunity for a confident ,bright and ambitious individual to join a team of professional customer account managers..Your key objective will be to maximise customer retention through office based support.
-Responsible for a base of customers ,retaining their business and improving loyalty
-Never losing a customer without a fight
-Handle inbound and outbound calls
-Responsible for fault diagnosis,follow up and resolution
-periodic rate reviews
-Understanding and prey-empting the threat from competitors
-Developing good product knowledge in order to advise customers
-Handling general billing enquiries
What the employer is looking for:
-Excellent communication skills
-At least 1 years experience of working in a customer focused team
-Computer literacy with knowledge of Word and Excel
-An interest in technology and trends

Holiday Allowance 1st Year , 21 days increasing by 1 day each year to a maximum of 25 days
