Customer Account Manager - Telford - £8.50ph, rising to £17,500 to £18,000 after 6 weeks (if offered permanent).
We are working on behalf of an established brand who are looking to expand their existing team by 5!
The team look after existing clients who already purchase from them, however they potentially only purchase some of the items available to them & the other items they purchase elsewhere.
Your role is to look after the existing clients with the aim of up selling other product ranges to them to expand your share of their spend.
You will work from a CRM system to make contact with your customer & offer customer service excellence together with having the ability to enquire where they buy other products from.
By pure means they buy from our client, we know there is lots of scope for you to negotiate the right deal for your customer to increase sales.
We have a potential open day on Thursday 30th May for candidates to meet our client onsite & we will look to have outcomes the next day, to potentially start work on Monday 3rd June 2019. However if you are in a permanent position and are interested in these positions, we potentially have start dates available from the 17th June.
Training for those successful candidates will involve a three stage process over 3 days.
Day 1. Training on the systems & overviewing the products
Day 2. Listen in on calls being made, seeing orders being taken & seeing how the system works for you.
Day 3. On the phone`s with a buddy to put into practice all you have seen & listened to with full guidance & help as you need.
You will receive ongoing support and guidance in a helpful team who will continue to develop your skills and answer any questions you may have.
These are temp to perm positions which will look to take you on permanent after 6 weeks. You will be rewarded & recognised whilst in a temporary role with salary reviews & vouchers.
Perm salaries will start from £17,500 with bonus expected to be around £400 per month.
