Our client has been supplying to Northern Ireland for over 10 years and are renowned for their services that they supply to their customers
Our client has confirmed that the role is temporary with a view of becoming permanent within the business. The hours of work are Monday to Thursday from 0830 to 1700 hrs and Friday is 0830 to 1630. The successful applicant will be required to work to 1900 hours one night a week
Our client is recruiting for 2 people for the role of Customer Advisor to work across both areas in their Customer Services team - inbound call centre and planning. Each individual will work across both areas
The successful applicant will be responsible for recording customer and job request details on company systems and initiating appropriate responses, in line with defined business processes to deliver excellent customer service, paying particular attention to safety, sales and service requirements and standards.
For shortlisting purposes, it is essential that the applicant holds 5 GCSE's or equivalent grade C or above including Maths and English. Minimum of 1 years' experience within a contact centre environment dealing with high volume telephone enquiries and/or telephone selling.
Relevant administrative experience
In return, you will be paid an hourly rate of £8.72 paid weekly and enjoy an array of benefits one of which is a free bus service to take you to and from work daily
