Our client has a vacancy for a Customer Advisor to join their Customer Services team. The role is temporary with a view of becoming permanent. This is a full time position. Hours of work are Monday to Thursday from 0830 to 1700 and finish on a Friday at 1630.
This role is suited to applicants who have experience in taking a high volume of calls and can deliver outstanding customer service.
The successful applicant will be responsible for
General administrative tasks, recording customer complaints and data inputting of sales call reports, service work documentation, completed meter/ service job documents and installer management information.
Preparation and follow up of promotional mailings. It is essential that the applicant has excellent IT skills.
Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative without supervision.
Ability to multitask various activities.
Excellent communication skills including a polite & friendly telephone manner
Our client has advised that you must be able to meet the shortlisting criteria in the following areas:
GCSE's or equivalent grade C or above including Maths and English
Minimum of 1 years' experience within a contact centre environment dealing with high volume telephone enquiries and/or telephone selling.
Relevant administrative experience.
In return, you will be paid an hourly rate of £8.72 per hour paid on a weekly basis and have the benefit of free transfer to and from Belfast City Centre to get to and from work
