Our client has confirmed that this role is full time and temporary with a view of becoming permanent on your 13th week - total of 37 hrs per week and finish at 1630 on a Friday!
Our client is located close to Holywood Exchange and offer free car parking on site!
What is the role of a customer service advisor?
Acts as liaison between customers and service department by communicating with customers regarding their enquiry and to resolve as quickly as possible
What do we need from you?
At least one years` relevant experience working within a customer service environment and dealing with telephone enquiries.
Relevant administrative experience
A minimum of 5 GCSE`s (or equivalent) grade C or above including Maths and English
Excellent IT skills
Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative without supervision
Ability to multitask various activities
Excellent communication skills including a polite & friendly telephone manner
Eligibility to work in the UK
You will be paid an hourly rate of £8.91 per hour, paid on a weekly basis
