Job Description

We are looking for a personable Customer Advisor for our client based in on the Airport Road in Belfast

This is a part time temporary position of 20 hours per week. The 20 hours will be split across 5 mornings - no specific start time in the morning has been established yet as there is some flexibility there

The purpose of the role is to provide engineering support including back-office administration duties and ensure the smooth running of the operations of the business

To be a successful Customer Advisor, you should have excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills

What do we need form you?
Eligibility to work in the UK
Minimum of 5 GCSE`s (Grade A-C) or equivalent, or a minimum of 1 years` relevant experience within an office/administration function
Experience of dealing with customer queries and/or complaints
Experience of working in a highly pressurised environment
Excellent organisational skills
Effective communication skills
Comprehensive IT skills including the ability to use Microsoft Office packages, in particular Excel
Ability to work in a highly pressurised environment



In return, you will be paid an hourly rate of £9.04 per hour, benefit from free car parking and Bus service
