Our client based in Belfast (Airport Road) has an opening for a Customer Advisor to join their team.
The role is temporary with a view of becominng permanent. The hours of work are Monday to Thursday from 0830 to 1700 and finish at 1630 on a Friday ( there will be a requirement to work until 1900 hours one night per week) The successful applicant can start at a later time of this day
You will be first point of contact to help customers with their enquiry in a professional manner, Complete general administrative tasks, recording customer complaints and data inputting
of sales call reports, service work documentation
Qualities of the applicant that would be successful at this role will be professional patient and have a people-first attitude
5 GCSE`s at Grade A to C is essential to be shortlisted for this role, or, At least one year's relevant
administration experience within a
customer services environment.
Experience dealing with high volume
telephone enquiries within a customer
In return, you will be paid an hourly rate of £9.04 per hour, and benefit from free car parking on site
