As first point of contact for all customer breakdowns & faults - you will ascertain faults, update internal systems, advise on engineer response times, liaise with customers regarding specific parts to order for repairs, manage the engineers diaries and issue any invoicing to customers regarding repairs.
- Excellent attention to detail is needed, we really require someone that enjoys working under pressure managing timescales and customers expectations.
- An experienced candidate that remains calm under pressure, whilst delivering a high level of customer service to all existing customers.

Starting salary £17,500
Hours 08.00 - 17.00 Monday to Friday with great benefits including Death in service, pension scheme, canteen, free parking and good holiday allowance.
