Brook Street UK Ltd have a requirement for an Inbound Customer Advisor for our client based in Belfast
Our client has advised us that the role is temporary for 12 weeks with a view of becoming permanent on your 13th week. The hours of work are Monday to Thursday 0830 to 1700 hours and finish at 1630 each Friday, however, there may be a requirement to work to 1900 hours one evening per week,
The role of a Customer Advisor is important, as you are the first point of contact from customers who need assistance with their enquiry and ensuring all information provided is dealt with correctly and uploaded to the data base in a professional manner
For shortlisting purposes applicants must have At least one years' relevant experience working within a customer service environment and dealing with telephone enquiries
What do we need form you?
Eligibility to work in the UK
Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative without supervision
Ability to multitask various activities
Excellent communication skills including a polite & friendly telephone manner
Excellent IT skills.
In return, you will be paid an hourly rate of £ 9.36 per hour, paid to you on a weekly basis
