We have an exciting part time Customer Advisor role available for our client based in Belfast
Our client will provide training and ongoing support to you to ensure that you excel in your new role.
You will be the primary contact for customers enquiries, you will deal with a variety of incoming telephone calls providing an efficient and effective service to existing and potential customers and assist with administration
You are good fit for this role if you have at least one years' relevant experience working within a customer service environment and dealing with telephone enquiries and have relevant administration experience
For shortlisting purposes, you must display that you have at least 5 GCSE's at grade C and above on your CV
In return, you will be paid an hourly rate of £9.36 per hour, paid on a weekly basis
