Job Description
Our Client has a vacancy for a part time Customer Advisor to join the Engineering team
The role is part time ( 20 hours per week) Monday to Friday from 0830 to 1230. The role is temporary to begin with before you transition into a permanent role on your 13th week
You will be responsible for providing engineering support including back-office administration duties and ensure the smooth running of the operations of the business.
You are a good fit for this role, if you have Customer Service experience within a telephone based environment and administration skills
To be shortlisted for this role, please display on your CV that you meet the below criteria:
Minimum of 5 GCSE's (Grade A-C) or equivalent, or, Minimum of 1 years' relevant experience within an office/administration function
Excellent organisational skills
Effective communication skills
Comprehensive IT skills including the ability to use Microsoft Office packages, in particular Excel
Ability to work in a highly pressurised environment
In return, you will be paid an hourly rate f £9.36 per hour, paid on a weekly basis, free carparking is available and a free bus service of required
