Our client based in BT3 have a temporary vacancy for a Customer Advisor to join the team

Our client has advised us that the role is full time (35.5 hours per week) Monday to Thursday 0900 to 1700 and finish at 1500 hours on a Friday

In your new role you will report to the Customer Services Manager, you will be a key member of the Customer Services Team. You will liaise with the Logistics and Production Planning Team & Sales Team who are responsible for driving forward best in class sales and customer service

Ensure amendments to orders are actioned immediately, communicating details to the appropriate internal departments
Monitor order status; communicate issues and action as necessary.
Predictive order planning, improving order lead time and reduction in urgent orders.
Proactive order planning, reducing peak and trough demand, weekly and monthly.
Provide contact point for sales team and internal/external customers in all aspects of administration and support as required

In return, you will be paid an hourly rate between £10.83 to £11.10 per hour, paid to you on a weekly basis
